1. Who we are

Unistep is developed and distributed by Ion Alexandre CARTIANT (individual) (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of our website and software. By downloading or using Unistep, you agree to them.

2. License

We provide different license types (Free, Evaluation, Standard, Pro, Student/Edu). Each has defined limits (for example, watermarks or feature access). Licenses are personal and non-transferable. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell Unistep.

3. Payments

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• Perpetual licenses are one-time purchases; updates/support may require a separate plan.
• All prices exclude applicable taxes. Refunds are only given where required by law.

4. Intellectual property

Unistep software and branding remain our intellectual property. You keep ownership of your own diagrams, but exported HTML includes Unistep components under license. Watermarks in Free/Evaluation versions may not be removed.

5. Disclaimer and liability

Unistep is provided “as is,” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost data or business interruption. Please keep backups of your work.

6. Privacy

We handle personal data according to our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. EU consumers retain their rights under EU law.
